Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative, youâll attend pre-qualified appointments with homeowners, understand their energy requirements, and recommend the most suitable solar and battery solution. Full training, ongoing support, and excellent earning potential are provided for the right candidate.
What youâll do:
Youâll be attending pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who have expressed an interest in solar and battery storage. Your role is to understand their needs, assess their property, explain the available options, and recommend the most suitable system.

We provide full product and sales training, ongoing support, and appointments, so youâll have everything you need to succeed. The role offers excellent earning potential for driven individuals who enjoy meeting customers and closing deals.
Salary:
Commission-based, self-employed, and 100% commission
We provide the pre-booked appointments and commission is typically ÂŁ1,000âÂŁ1,800 per deal.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in face-to-face sales.
- Skills: Strong track record in closing sales, excellent communication, and proficiency with IT tools.
- Licence & Vehicle: Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle required.
