Field Sales Representative - Pet Memorial Products

Nationwide, Field Based

Competitive Basic Salary + Commission + Company Car

Are you an experienced field sales professional who knows how to build strong customer relationships and turn opportunities into long-term business? Perhaps you already work within the pet cremation, pet memorial, veterinary or bereavement sector and are ready for a fresh opportunity with a growing company where you can make a genuine impact.

Living Forever Memories specialises in personalised pet urns, keepsakes and memorial products, helping pet crematoriums and other businesses provide families with a meaningful way to remember a much-loved pet.

As we continue to grow our presence across the UK, we are looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to develop new business, build lasting customer relationships and introduce more organisations to the Living Forever Memories range. The business is on an extensive growth plan and we now need experienced Field Sales Representatives to join us on this exciting journey.

Role overview

This is a nationwide, field-based sales role with regular travel across the UK.

You'll spend much of your time out meeting customers, introducing our products, developing new accounts and building relationships with businesses across the pet cremation and related sectors.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own diary and develop opportunities, backed by a growing business with an established product range and ambitious plans for the future.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK
  • Visiting pet crematoriums and other relevant trade customers
  • Presenting and demonstrating our range of pet urns, keepsakes and memorial products
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Converting opportunities into long-term accounts
  • Growing sales and identifying opportunities within existing accounts
  • Planning your own appointments, travel and customer visits
  • Keeping up to date with the market and competitor activity
  • Representing Living Forever Memories at customer meetings and relevant industry events
  • Sharing customer feedback and market insight with the wider team

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident getting out into the market, opening doors and building genuine relationships with customers.

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous field sales, territory sales or B2B sales experience
  • A proven track record of winning new business and developing accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confidence presenting products and speaking with customers face-to-face
  • A proactive approach and the motivation to develop your own sales opportunities
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage a nationwide territory effectively
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK

Experience within pet cremation, pet memorial products, veterinary services, funeral products or the wider bereavement sector would be a real advantage. We are particularly keen to hear from people who already understand this specialist market and the customers within it.
