Field Sales Representative (Entry Level) | Manchester
Looking for a career where you can develop, earn, and actually see your progress? Bunset & Co. is growing, and we're looking for ambitious, sales-driven people in Manchester to join us as Field Sales Representatives.
This is an entry-level role, so you don't need years of sales experience behind you. What matters more to us is your attitude, work ethic, confidence, and willingness to learn. If you enjoy meeting people, setting yourself targets and pushing yourself to get better, you'll probably enjoy what we do.
What does the role actually involve?
We operate across four face-to-face sales channels, which means no two campaigns necessarily look the same.
Residential Field Sales
- Speaking directly with customers in residential areas, understanding their needs and professionally presenting the products and services we're representing.
Retail & Events
- Working in retail environments, events and promotional spaces where you'll engage with customers face-to-face and create meaningful conversations.
Business-to-Business
- Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, developing your communication and commercial skills in a professional setting.
Campaign & Customer Acquisition
- Supporting live campaigns, learning how different environments work and understanding what drives successful customer acquisition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The goal isn't to throw you into every channel on day one. We train you properly first. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of sales, communication and customer engagement before gradually developing your ability to work confidently across different channels. We're looking for people who can adapt. Someone who can speak to a homeowner in the morning, represent a campaign at an event, and confidently approach a business owner when the opportunity calls for it.
Who are we looking for?
We're not overly concerned about having the perfect CV. You might be a recent graduate looking for your first real commercial opportunity. You might already have experience in retail, hospitality, recruitment, customer service, sport or another people-focused environment. Or you might simply be someone who knows they're capable of more and wants an environment that will challenge them. If you're competitive, coachable, confident around people and motivated by progression, we'd like to hear from you. You don't need previous field sales experience. Full training is provided.
Where can this take you?
We don't want this to be another role where you're doing the same thing six months later wondering what's next. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility across sales, team development, campaign coordination and leadership. We believe the best leaders understand the work from the ground up, which is why development starts with learning the fundamentals and building from there. Your progression is based on performance, consistency, attitude and your ability to develop, not simply how long you've been with the company.

What you can expect from us
You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and practical experience across our different sales channels. You'll work alongside experienced people, get regular feedback and have the opportunity to develop skills that go far beyond sales, communication, confidence, leadership, commercial awareness and relationship building.
The role is full-time, and based in Manchester, with an on-site working environment.
Why Bunset & Co.?
We're building something ambitious. As we continue expanding, we're looking for people who want to grow with the business rather than simply find their next job.
If you're hungry to learn, enjoy being around driven people and want your effort to have a visible impact on your career, this could be a strong place to start. If you're ready to challenge yourself and see what you're capable of, apply here and let's have a conversation.
