Field Sales Representative - Expansion UK

About The Company

A leading mobility and technology platform is expanding its presence across the UK, connecting drivers with flexible earning opportunities while supporting transportation services in cities nationwide.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Representative to join a growing acquisition team focused on expanding driver supply in small and medium-sized cities across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting city launches, maintaining driver engagement, and ensuring supply meets customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market visits to support driver acquisition activities.
  • Deliver information sessions to prospective drivers.
  • Participate in outbound calling campaigns to engage potential and newly registered drivers.
  • Build relationships with prospective drivers, understanding their needs and promoting the benefits of joining the platform.
  • Support drivers through the onboarding process and help them become active quickly.
  • Gather market feedback and provide insights to operational teams.
  • Assist in managing local partnerships that support growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall driver experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in field sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should be based in or around London.
