The Role
Are you energetic, approachable, great at sparking conversations and clearly spoken? We are looking for a Field Representative to join our team as the face of Bondright Roofing in the local community.
In this dynamic, active role, you’ll be out in key residential areas engaging directly with homeowners, identifying properties that could benefit from roof repairs, upgrades or general external maintenance and booking appointments.
No selling required—your primary goal is to build initial rapport, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads. Our expert roofing specialists take care of the rest!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Low Key & Friendly
- Direct Community Engagement: Visiting residential neighbourhoods to initiate conversations with local homeowners.
- Property Assessments: Spotting visual signs of roof wear and damage (e.g., slipped tiles, worn fascia, old flat roofs) to offer free property health checks and external maintenance.
- Lead Generation: Booking qualified appointments for our surveying team.
- Brand Ambassador: Representing Bondright Roofing professionally, answering basic questions, and leaving a lasting positive impression.
What We’re Looking For
- People Skills: You’re outgoing, friendly, and naturally comfortable striking up conversations with people from all walks of life.
- Resilience & Drive: You have a positive mindset, self-motivation, and the drive to hit daily target goals.
- Professional Appearance: You take pride in how you present yourself and represent a respected brand.
- No Roofing Experience Needed: We provide full training on how to spot roofing issues and how to speak confidently about our services.
- Valid UK Driver’s License (Preferred/Required if taking a company vehicle) but not essential.
