Field Sales Representative (MedTech / Lab Equipment)
£50,000 - £55,000 + 12K Bonus + £6,600 Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits
Milton Keynes, Covering Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire
Are you a Field Sales Representative from a MedTech, Biomedical or Lab Equipment background looking to join a global MedTech business that can offer autonomy, progression opportunities to management and a regional patch?
In this role you will be covering Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire, with the patch reducing to Cambridgeshire after the first 12 months. You will be targeting academic institutions and R&D Laboratories to pitch the latest product lines across a large portfolio of medical and laboratory devices. Full training will be provided to enable your success, along with a lucrative and achievable bonus scheme.
This company are a global leader in MedTech and Biomedical devices. Part of a massive brand, they are currently increasing their product portfolio by 30% year on year.

This role would suit a Sales Professional with a background selling Medical Devices or Laboratory equipment looking for a field-based role covering a regional patch that offers full autonomy, an achievable bonus and progression into managerial positions.
The Role:
- Setting up meetings with various Academic and R&D institutions
- Selling a wide range of biomedical devices across pharmacy, pathology and more sectors
- Increasing revenue from existing accounts
- 60/40 Split of new business development and account management
- Covering a regional patch of Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire
The Person:
- Field Sales Representative, Business Development Manager
- MedTech, Biomedical Devices, Lab Equipment or similar background
- UK Drivers License
