Macgregor Black are partnering with a leading toy and giftware company on the search for a Field Sales Representative. This is a permanent role covering the North of England and Scotland.
As the Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across an established territory, developing relationships with independent retail customers, and identifying new business opportunities. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are supported with the right product ranges and commercial solutions to maximise sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of independent retail accounts across the North of England and Scotland.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Present new product launches and seasonal collections to customers.
- Deliver against sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPIs.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Represent the business at trade shows and industry events as required.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven field sales experience within toys, giftware, children's products, stationery, greetings cards, or a similar consumer product category.
- Strong experience selling into independent retail accounts.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
- Highly organised and capable of managing a large geographic territory.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.
- Existing relationships within the independent retail sector would be advantageous.
