🚨 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Representative

Company: REST UK
Location: On the road / Field-based
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, or Freelance

Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll attend pre-qualified appointments with homeowners, understand their energy requirements, and recommend the most suitable solar and battery solution.

We’re looking for salespeople who are hungry for sales, motivated by results, and always looking for the next opportunity to close a deal. If you’re driven, competitive, and enjoy winning business, this could be the role for you.

Full training, ongoing support, and excellent earning potential are provided for the right candidate.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll be attending pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who have expressed an interest in solar and battery storage. Your role is to understand their needs, assess their property, explain the available options, and recommend the most suitable system.
  • We provide full product and sales training, ongoing support, and appointments, so you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
