Field Sales Representative
OTE £45,000-£50,000 - Uncapped Commission
Are you confident, driven, and looking to break into a high-earning sales career?
We're working with a fast-growing sales and marketing company expanding across the UK, looking for motivated individuals to join their field sales teams. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role where attitude and energy matter more than experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working in your local area engaging with customers face-to-face (both door-to-door and event-based)
- Introducing products and services that help customers save money and improve value
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Managing your own pipeline and hitting weekly targets
- Recording activity using provided systems and sales tools

- Base Retainer: £29,120 per year
- Uncapped Commission Realistic OTE £45k–£50k+

What We're Looking For
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Resilient and comfortable working in a field-based environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential.
