About the Role

We’re looking for a field-based Field Sales Team Lead to lead and grow a team of Door-to-Door Sales Representatives across the Leinster Region.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an ambitious sales professional with experience managing field sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing your team to deliver consistent performance while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Prepay Power's commitment to exceptional service.

What's in it for you?

  • €2,000 sign-on bonus after successful probation*
  • Basic salary €34,000 Base (Depending on experience)
  • Uncapped and Realistic On Target Earnings – OTE of €50,000 in first year.
  • Flexible working options available.
  • Daily Lunch Allowance (€8 daily - up to €2,000 annually)
  • Hours - 40 hours weekly - 11am to 8pm
  • Leap Card or Company Vehicle or Fuel Allowance DOE.
  • 21 days annual leave, increasing with service.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives within allocated region.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, strategies, and goals.
  • Provide mentorship and support for skill development, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients alongside team members.
  • Carpool, providing pick-up/drop-off to team members as required.

Sales Coaching & Training

  • Provide ongoing sales training to develop the team's selling skills and knowledge of products/services.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual performance issues.
  • Organise training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with new products, services, or market changes.

Sales

  • Meet your own individual daily/weekly sales targets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment.
  • Experience in leading a team in a performance managed environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create trust through effective listening to verbal and non-verbal cues and responding appropriately to individual customers.
  • Accountability for performance and personal ownership of corrective measures.
  • Belief in the importance of the customer and willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities.
  • Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance.
  • Previous field sales/door-to-door or customer facing sales experience.
  • Ability to deliver results consistently.
  • Results driven.

  • Full clean driver’s license
