Field Service Administrator

The Field Service Administrator will provide a comprehensive, reliable, and confidential service to ensure that all documentation and certification required to be provided to an End-customer, to facilitate entry into their premises, are collected and maintained as per procedures and are collated, formatted, and supplied in advance of the site entry requirement, in accordance with the requirements of the Customer/End-customer, using a variety of systems and formats as required by the Customer/End-customer.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to Power Plants in the UK to provide onsite admin support for the onsite management team
  • Co-ordinate documentation for Field Services employees and leased workers for site entry
  • Monitor and chase outstanding online training requirements
  • Collate weekly timesheet information for Field Services employees and leased workers
  • Collate qualification, training certification, and any other direct job-related competence records for Field Services employees and leased workers, regardless of position, location, and/or tenure
  • Collaborate with CSL/CFM to deliver the correct documentation to the Customer and/or End-customer to ensure that Field Services Employees and leased workers can gain access to the worksite when required to do so
  • Maintain, develop, and report out metrics related to document management and submission to identify areas for improvement as well as confirmation that the management of the systems, processes, and people is fit for purpose
  • Monitor and chase outstanding online training requirements
  • Coordination of onsite training requirements
  • Respond to general problem-solving situations from within the departments

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
