Here’s what you would do on an ordinary day at work
- Service and calibrate pipettes: You’ll work with small parts, following our approved standards. Don’t worry—full training is provided!
- Hands-on work: Most of your day will be spent at the bench, carefully handling delicate instruments. No liquid handling.
- Record keeping: You’ll help us maintain accurate records of all servicing work.
- Support: You’ll offer advice or assistance to customers and colleagues, once you’re comfortable in the role

What you bring to us
- Attention to detail: You’re good with your hands and can work carefully with tiny components.
- No experience needed: If you’ve worked in any hands-on job, you could be a great fit.
- Willingness to learn: We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Bonus: Any knowledge of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 standards is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in English, eligibility to work in UK and valid driving licence
