Great service doesn’t just happen — it takes brilliant coordination behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Field Service Coordinator who can bring together customers, engineers and internal teams to keep our field services running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of customer and engineer service outcomes across Reactive, PPM and Install work, building strong relationships and keeping a clear view of commitments, priorities and anything that could impact delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong working relationships with customers and field engineers.
- Keep work moving through the end-to-end service journey and make sure everyone knows what’s happening.
- Proactively identify upcoming service needs, risks and priorities rather than waiting for problems to arise.
- Coordinate with Scheduling, Parts, Finance, Sales and Field Engineering to resolve issues.
- Handle customer queries, service recovery and escalations with confidence.
- Maintain accurate information within D365 so everyone has clear, reliable service visibility.
- Help coordinate PPM and Install activity while keeping customer commitments and compliance requirements in view.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people and getting things resolved. We’re looking for experience in customer service, service coordination or field-service support within a busy environment, including handling queries, priorities and escalations by phone and digital channels.
Experience using CRM or work-order systems is important. Dynamics 365 Field Service experience is desirable rather than essential and can be trained. Scheduling, installation coordination or healthcare/dental service experience would also be useful.
