Field Service Engineer

For Bucci Industries UK Limited, based in Cheltenham, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support our IEMCA brand in the Birmingham area.

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing new machines, repairing existing machines in customer facilities, and parallelly using the CRM for the process and reporting. You will be in charge of conducting regular inspections to identify wear and tear, potential issues, and safety concerns. You will play a crucial role in providing training to machine operators and maintenance personnel, in reporting progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring great customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical service or maintenance roles;
  • Strong electrical background, with solid expertise in wiring, schematics, diagnostics, and repairs, complemented by good mechanical skills;
  • Proven ability to work on turning machines and bar feeder applications (IEMCA or similar equipment);
  • Experience in fault diagnosis, component replacement, and restoration of equipment to full operational efficiency;
  • Suitable qualifications include: NVQs in Engineering, ONC or HNC;
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills;
  • Great attention to customers.
