About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will embark on a dynamic journey in the world of material handling, where no two days are the same. You’ll immerse yourself in a diverse array of tasks, expertly navigating our extensive lineup of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep our fleet running smoothly
- Service Baoli forklifts and other state-of-the-art material handling equipment
- Forge strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional support

Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification
- Comfortable using IT equipment
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
