As a Field Service Engineer in our Fleet division
You will conduct regular maintenance, testing & inspecting and reactive breakdown service calls on a range of equipment as well as completing necessary paperwork for quality and safety inspections.
What you'll do:
- Daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment.
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Produce timely and accurate service reports.
- Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set SLA.
- Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.

If needed we can provide equipment specific training, however the following skills and attributes will definitely set you up for success:
- Experience using hand tools.
- Technical awareness.
- Mechanical or electrical experience, either professionally or through self interest.
- Ability to voltage test AC/DC single and three phase supplies is a plus!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally.
- Flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Understanding of PC hardware (networking and IT troubleshooting)
- Full drivers license.
- Comfortable working at height.
