Field Service Engineer
Southampton

Are you a Field Service Engineer looking to join a specialist machine tool company where you'll receive industry-leading training, work with premium CNC machinery, and significantly boost your earnings through overtime? You'll be responsible for installing, servicing and repairing a range of high-end CNC machine tools across customer sites throughout the South of England. Working within an experienced service team, you'll receive ongoing manufacturer training while enjoying autonomy, variety and excellent earning potential.

Your Role
As a Field Service Engineer You Will Include:
- Installing, servicing and repairing CNC machine tools at customer sites
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Commissioning new and used CNC machinery
- Completing service reports and technical documentation
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
- Attending manufacturer product training and technical meetings
- Covering a regional patch across the South of England with occasional UK travel

As A Field Service Engineer You Will Have:
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
- Mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Experience working on CNC machine tools, machine tools or industrial machinery (advantageous)
- Good customer-facing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across a regional patch
