Your Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Service Team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of technical systems and equipment at customer sites. You’ll work closely with customers and colleagues to deliver reliable solutions, technical expertise, and excellent service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, building positive relationships, and working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

  • Carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Work safely in line with company policies and customer site requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and colleagues throughout projects
  • Coordinate service visits with the wider service team
  • Participate in the on-call rota alongside fellow engineers
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and advice to customers
  • Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Keep up to date with product developments, technical knowledge, and industry best practice
  • Support and mentor junior engineers and apprentices where appropriate
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
  • Ensure work areas, tools, and company vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and safe

  • Level 3 qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Full UK driving licence
