Location: Home-based, Ideally based in Aberdeen or surrounding areas

Salary: GBP36,000 - GBP45,000 (Dependent on experience) + Excellent Benefits and Overtime

Patch: Regional Local Patches

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a regional role for a renowned specialist within the industry?

We are representing a market-leading, globally recognized manufacturer of premium commercial washing equipment. Known for their engineering excellence and top-tier build quality, they pride themselves on looking after their engineers with regional patches, excellent training, and a fantastic work-life balance.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking skilled Field Service Engineers based within the Aberdeen area to support their client base.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of the company, attending commercial and hospitality sites (restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and schools) to maintain high-end equipment.

  • Fault-finding, servicing, and repairing commercial washing systems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to their clients.
  • Managing your own van stock and work efficiently across a dedicated patch.

What We Are Looking For

Our client needs a technically minded engineer who prides themselves on a high first-time fix rate. To be successful, you should have:

  • Strong Electrical Skills: Experience working with 3-phase electrical systems is essential.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Solid experience with mechanical components.
  • Experience: A background in commercial catering, warewashing, white goods, or laundry equipment is desirable but not essential.
  • License: A full UK driving license.
