Your most important contribution
Top notch customer service & support, as you will be the frontline of Caffeine serving our valued customers on their premises. Specific tasks include:
- Installing and commissioning commercial coffee machines.
- Servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines.
- Carrying out boiler inspections.
- Diagnosing faults and identifying ways to prevent future breakdowns.
- Ordering and fitting replacement parts, including processing warranty parts promptly.
- Working closely with our Service & Technical Manager to help support the continued growth of the department.
What we're ideally looking for
- Experience as a field-based commercial coffee or vending engineer.
- Experience working on a wide range of commercial machines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for coffee and commercial coffee equipment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- PSSR training is desirable.

Our focus is on East and North London plus the Home Counties.

Job Type
Full-time including weekend cover on a rotating basis (1 in 4 weekends)
