This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Laundry Field Service Engineer. The engineer will travel to customer sites to maintain, service and repair commercial laundry and warewashing equipment, ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, performing preventive maintenance, completing service reports, and advising customers on optimal equipment use and care. The role involves coordinating with the service team for parts and scheduling, following health and safety standards, and representing Wolf Laundry professionally at all times.

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience servicing domestic appliances or commercial laundry equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults using tools, test equipment, and technical documentation.
- Comfort working independently in the field, managing schedules, and prioritizing service calls.
- Understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards related to equipment installation and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
- Previous Gas Safe (domestic or commercial) qualification preferred.
- Experience with commercial laundry or warewashing equipment is an advantage but not essential.
- Comfort using mobile devices and service software to log jobs, access manuals, and update records.
- Reliable, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service and continuous learning.
