Field Service Engineer (Compressors)

£40,000 - £43,000 + Bonus OTE 47k + Vehicle + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Laptop + Phone

Are you a Service Engineer from a compressed air background looking for a long-term, stable, Monday to Friday role with a great work-life balance covering a local patch?

Are you looking to join a leading company offering great benefits, plus a 40-hour working week with limited overtime and staying away?

Covering a 75-mile radius around Derby, you will be servicing, installing and maintaining a range of industrial air compressors and generators.

Founded over 15 years ago, this company are experienced unprecedented growth and are looking to bolster the team for the long term, doubling their turnover last year. They work within most industries including manufacturing, laboratories, MoD, and oil & gas.

This role would suit a Service Engineer with compressor experience looking for a career, in a local role offering an excellent work-life balance.

The Role

  • Travelling to sites from Derby, up to Leeds and down to Birmingham
  • Performing servicing, maintenance and installation of air compressors and generators
  • Covering a local patch within a 2/3 hour radius of your home, home almost every night
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, some flexibility needed
