Field Service Engineer (Compressors)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Overtime + Company Van + Fuel Card

Are you a Field Service Engineer, Compressor Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar with compressor experience and a mechanical background, looking to join an established company offering equipment training, door-to-door pay, uncapped overtime, and a company van?

On offer is the opportunity to join a specialist compressed air systems business working with customers across a range of commercial and industrial sites. You will work in a varied field-based role, servicing and maintaining compressors, filters, dryers, and other air systems.

In this varied role, you will travel to customer sites to inspect, service, maintain, and repair equipment. You will work on compressors, filters, dryers, and associated air systems, carry out fault finding, complete service work, and ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently. The role may include occasional stays away where travel is further, with a hotel account provided.

This role would suit a mechanically skilled Field Service Engineer with compressor experience who is looking for a field-based role with door-to-door pay, uncapped enhanced overtime, training, and long-term stability.

The Role

  • Inspecting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing compressors and air systems
  • Working on compressors, filters, dryers, and associated compressed air equipment
  • 40 hours per week, with door-to-door pay, uncapped enhanced overtime, and occasional stays away

  • Compressor experience and strong mechanical skills
