What We Achieve Together
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out Servicing and Repairs on Vaillant Group brand products. This role will include:
- Fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs.
- Providing Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity.
- Working towards KPI’s to support our Sales Department.
- Following procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.
All activities will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and the training department.
What Makes Us Successful Together
The successful candidate will hold:
- CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates
- Preferably live in postcode area SE, SM, SW2,4,8,9,11-20

- Excellent customer service skills
- A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products
- Effective communications and IT skills
- An extremely flexible and adaptable approach to exceed customer expectations
- A highly motivated individual from a field engineering background
The candidate must have an interest in growing their skills and knowledge to carry out work on any developing future technologies such as Renewable and Commercial products.
