Your Role
As a Field Service Engineer at Atlas Copco, your role is not just about technical expertise; it's about becoming a trusted partner to our clients. In This Dynamic Position, You Will
- Serve as a key representative of Atlas Copco on-site, exemplifying professionalism and a customer-centric approach that builds lasting relationships.
- Carry out installations, service, and troubleshooting of essential equipment including air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and more.
- Diagnose technical faults effectively and provide expert repairs, ensuring work is performed with safety and efficiency.
- Utilize digital tools to document service activities, maintain detailed records, and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage in on-call services and respond to urgent service needs as part of our commitment to customer care.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to hone your technical skills and stay abreast of industry developments.
- Act as a brand ambassador, identifying continuous improvement opportunities while creating added value for our clients.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and safety within our wider service team, contributing to an environment where everyone thrives.

To Succeed, You Will Need

- Demonstrable experience in an industrial, mechanical, electrical, or field-based engineering environment.
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience are both valued.
- Confidence and proficiency in using basic IT systems, as well as the ability to learn new digital tools.
- A valid UK full driving licence with no more than three penalty points.
- A proactive, adaptable individual who is safety-focused and thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building customer relationships while solving real-world challenges.

Job Location
You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, South West region UK.
