Actemium E-Mobility continues to expand, and we’re looking for a skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our South region team.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the installation, servicing and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure across commercial and public sites. This practical, customer facing position ensures EV charge points remain safe, compliant and fully operational — helping keep the UK charging network running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning, servicing and repairing AC & DC EV charge points
  • Diagnosing electrical and technical faults
  • Completing accurate digital service reports
  • Conducting inspections, preventative maintenance and compliance tests
  • Following wiring regulations and all safety procedures
  • Building strong customer relationships on-site
  • Supporting emergency callouts as required (additional pay applies)

What You’ll Bring

  • ECS Gold Card (Required)
  • Proven electrical maintenance and testing experience
  • EV charger experience beneficial — training will be provided
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • High levels of accountability, initiative, and the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
