Your mission We’re looking for skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team, working on Hiab and third-party equipment at customer sites across the UK. If you take pride in doing the job properly, enjoy solving problems on the spot, and value building strong customer relationships, this could be a great fit. Key responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair Hiab and third-party equipment at customer premises Complete all scheduled servicing, inspections, warranty and breakdown repairs to a high standard Diagnose faults efficiently and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work carried out and offering practical advice Complete all job reports and documentation accurately to support smooth invoicing and service records Respond confidently to routine technical queries about our products and services Maintain your technical knowledge through ongoing training and development Work safely at all times, following company procedures and industry regulations Proactively identify and report any unsafe conditions and support wider safety initiatives.

What we are looking for
Experience as a Field Service Engineer, ideally within lifting equipment, plant, hydraulics, electrical, HGV or similar NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, both mechanical and electrical A customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently A commitment to high-quality standards, first time fix, and safety.
