The Role - Field Service Engineer, Scientific Laser Instrumentation

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, installation, breakdown repair and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated scientific and laboratory systems, utilised within laboratories and pharmaceutical environments.

Your Background - Field Service Engineer, Scientific Optical Lasers

To succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A competent background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer with extensive experience working on high value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics
  • Experience of working on diagnostic systems, medical devices, laboratory systems, scientific equipment, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, pre-press, printing or high value electronic / electro-mechanical capital equipment
