Field Service Engineer

South West England (ideally based close to the Bristol area)
Position summary
To maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. Deliver technical assistance and documentation to internal and external customers.

What you will do
- Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
- Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
- Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.

What you need
- Degree in engineering medical electronics and camera technology or equivalent, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
- Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English
- Adequate IT-knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook)
- Minimum 3 years experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in the hospital environment and health care work
- IT experience on administrative and technical level

United Kingdom Pay Ranges:
United Kingdom: £31,800 - £52,900 GBP Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
