Role: Field Service Engineer (x2 – 1 Mechanical, 1 Electrical)
Shift: Mon-Fri Days
Salary: Up to £47,500 Basic (+ Lots of available O.T. – 1.5)
Location: Witham

Our client is a well-established maintenance support unit, supplying their services into the biggest European manufacturers. They are looking for another couple motivated Field Service Engineers to make an impact and upskill rapidly!

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • If you are Electrical – performing electrical installations, lighting systems, power supply connections etc.
  • If you are Mechanical – working mechanically when stripping gearboxes, actuators, shafts, bearings, overhauling conveyors etc.
  • Travelling across Essex, Kent and other regions to perform onsite repairs
  • Operating as a team to confidently execute planned maintenance

About You

The ideal Field Service Engineer will have the following:

  • Experience either mechanically or electrically
  • Experience with, or a flexible mindset for, working effectively within a team
  • Openness to working outdoors and in different environments
  • A sound understanding of key electrical OR mechanical systems
