Field Service IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Service IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on onsite support across end-user computing, hardware, Windows, networking, and workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1/2 onsite deskside and field IT support
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals
  • Windows OS troubleshooting, upgrades, and migrations
  • Create, test, and deploy workstation images using SCCM/MECM
  • Configure and deploy new laptops/workstations
  • Support EUC device refresh and hardware lifecycle management
  • Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and network connectivity issues
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and folder access
  • Provide Microsoft Office/O365 support
  • Configure and troubleshoot printers, IP phones, and conference-room equipment
  • Support Intune, AirWatch/Workspace ONE, MDM, and Azure environments
  • Provide Okta-related user/access support
  • Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow
  • Work with vendors, Help Desk, NOC, and Level 3 teams for escalations
  • Maintain knowledge articles, security compliance, and endpoint standards
