Field Service Manager (Agriculture / Plant)

£48,000 - £52,000 + Company Bonus + Training + Progression + Vehicle + Company Benefits + 5% Pension

Are you a Field Service Manager or similar from an agriculture or plant background, looking for a varied role in an industry-leading supplier, that will provide ongoing, tailored training on manufacturing and management, offering further progression to senior group leadership?

In this role, you'll oversee 4 direct employees and 27 overall, ensuring the smooth operation of the service department, managing the engineers, scheduling and handling jobs, and dealing with clients from agriculture, plant, and construction industries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team hits company KPIs and targets.

The Role

  • Overseeing 4 direct reports and 27 overall employees
  • Running service department - scheduling, complaints, liaising with clients, etc.
  • Plan maintenance and workloads of the engineers
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. 40 hours per week
  • Company vehicle and bonus provided
