Role summary:
The Field Service Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Service Engineers and a Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional service operations within their designated area. The role ensures profitable contract delivery, optimised field performance, and outstanding customer satisfaction. This position will oversee planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and health & safety compliance while continuously driving improvements in team performance, operational efficiency, and customer relationships.

Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Lead and manage all field service activities within the designated region, ensuring timely and quality delivery of PPM, call-outs, and repairs.
- Act as the primary operational contact for service clients, ensuring professional handling of requests and proactive communication of job status.
- Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage team performance, including training, appraisals, and development planning, to ensure capability and motivation align with business goals.
- Monitor and control labour and material costs to meet or exceed gross margin targets.
