Who are we?

Wellbeing Group is a fast-growing, family-run business supplying premium coffee machines, boiling taps and drinking water dispensers to offices and workplaces across the UK.
We're a friendly and ambitious team with a growing reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and rapid-response technical support. As our customer base continues to grow nationally, we're looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to take ownership of our Field Service and Technical Support operation and help us continue to raise the standards we deliver to our customers.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced, proactive and technically credible Field Service Manager who enjoys managing people, solving problems and improving the way a service operation runs.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead and develop our team of Field Service Engineers, support them with technical and customer issues, monitor service performance and bring greater structure, accountability and consistency to the department.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to manage from behind a desk. You'll be comfortable getting into the detail, supporting an engineer with a difficult fault, stepping into a customer escalation and working with the team to understand why something isn't working as well as it should.
You don't need to know every piece of equipment we work on from day one, but you do need to be technically credible, curious and comfortable working alongside engineers.
As Wellbeing Group continues to grow, you'll have a genuine opportunity to influence how our service operation develops—building the people, processes, standards and structure required to support a much larger national business.

Benefits

A key management role within a growing business, offering:

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Free onsite parking at our pleasant countryside location
  • Modern, air-conditioned offices
  • Excellent tea and bean-to-cup coffee amongst other quality staff amenities
  • Weekly free company lunches and breakfasts
  • Friendly and supportive working environment
  • Genuine opportunity to shape and develop our Field Service operation
  • Career progression within a fast-growing national business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As the business continues to grow, you'll have helped create a Field Service operation capable of growing with it.
