The Opportunity
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Field Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our customers in the Glasgow & Edinburgh and surrounding regions, ensuring the effective use of our industry-leading chemicals and equipment through expert training and on-site support.
What You'll Be Doing
Service Excellence
- Provide exceptional service to key strategic and national accounts.
- Follow tailored service plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
Hands-On Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to client teams.
- Conduct on-site audits to assess performance and adherence.
- Monitor product effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Minimize downtime using remote diagnostics and tools.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement
- Work closely with National and Internal Account Teams to align on service objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; share insights with sales teams.
- Maintain detailed records and reporting using Salesforce for clear communication.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in customer service or a field-based service role.
- Technical proficiency and IT literacy, particularly with Excel and Salesforce.
- Experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or related industries (preferred).
- A full UK driving license is required.
