Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kent / London for a Specialist Service Engineer specializing in VRF/VRV systems. The role involves:

- Conducting system validations
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues using service software
- Performing troubleshooting for air conditioning systems
- General maintenance and repair
- Providing technical support to enhance system performance and reliability
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with air conditioning systems
- Experience in field service and on-site technical inspections
- Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks effectively and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to convey technical issues and provide detailed updates
- Background in technical support with a focus on VRF/VRV systems
- Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in real-world environments
- Previous experience with service software and diagnostic tools for air conditioning systems
