Service Technician
London & South East | Field-Based Role | Specialist Training Provided
Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys fault-finding, solving problems and working directly with customers? We're recruiting for a Service Technician to join a growing engineering team supporting high-profile customer sites across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating within the security and entrance control sector, offering specialist product training, long-term career development and the chance to work with industry-leading technology. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of entrance control and access systems, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional and reliable service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
- Responding to breakdowns and service calls
- Conducting equipment inspections and health checks
- Building strong relationships with customers on site
- Completing service documentation and reports
- Managing vehicle stock and spare parts
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak to engineers from a range of backgrounds, including:
- Field Service Engineering
- Electro-Mechanical Maintenance
- Access Control
- Security Systems
- Automatic Doors
- Gate Automation
- Fire & Security
- Electrical Maintenance
You'll ideally have strong fault-finding skills, a practical engineering mindset and experience working in a customer-facing environment.
