T H White Construction is an authorized UK dealer for SANY, alongside Mecalac and Manitou construction machines. We support customers across the West Midlands, Shropshire and parts of the Southwest, with our SANY partnership continuing to grow across our territories.

Job Opportunity
Following our appointment as a SANY dealer in January 2026, we are expanding our aftersales support and looking to recruit a skilled Field Service Technician / Plant Fitter to join our specialist construction aftersales team.
Hours
- 39 hours a week, Mon- Thurs 08:00-16:30
- Fri - 08:00-15:30

Key Duties Will Include
- Routine servicing and planned maintenance
- Fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical machinery systems
- Breakdowns / on-site repairs at customer sites across your territory
- Pre-delivery inspections, warranty work and LOLER Inspections
The Ideal Applicant
- Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds in Plant Maintenance or similar
- Construction machinery experience, working on excavators, loaders, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers etc.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical knowledge.
- Agricultural machinery or HGV experience considered as a minimum, with strong hydraulic and electrical skills.
- Ideally trained in a dealership or used to working to dealer standards.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
