Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the role

Working independently, we give you the tools to succeed. We build a community around you to share your practices and feel part of something special, inspiring results as a team with a family feel, and redefining excellence every day.

Our Domestic Field Service teams work creatively to service our customers in their homes, bringing a new challenge every day as you diagnose and solve the issues that arise. You could be servicing any of our world-class products to sustain their life and support our sustainability promise.

As one of our brand ambassadors, you will be encouraged and rewarded to promote our care product and appliances. We have a reward platform where you can earn points to exchange for personal gift cards or products.

About you

Ideally you will have worked in an Appliance engineer or Appliance technician role however, if you bring technical experience from any industry, what would be advantageous is if it was gained in the electronics, white goods, electrical or gas industry. We are flexible on your background and can offer full training on our appliances. In turn, we will support your training to achieve great results in line with our “Immer Besser” philosophy.

Alongside your existing skills and experience, we’re looking for engaged team players who will collaborate, innovate, and use their passion to drive an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

A gas qualification and experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
