Job Purpose
Working within the product support team, this exciting and challenging position is field based with regular travel throughout the UK& RoI with some travel to Middle East & Africa and the Caucasus region. The main function is to support dealers and customers within the regions with diagnostics, repairs and optimisation of CNH Agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer and dealer satisfaction is key.
- Regular field visits working with dealers and customers, performing detailed investigations and data capture on specific technical concerns and performance issues.
- Provide hands-on technical support to dealers to resolve complex technical concerns and support with large repairs as required.
- Provide technical support to dealers with Precision Farming issues.
- Support with installations of flagship machines direct with customers.
- Support in preparation of machines.
- Provide onsite and off-site technical support to dealers and customers.
- Preparation of concise technical reports.
- Coach dealers on the most effective repair methods, use of technical information, enhanced diagnostic, Control Room and support tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To support Service Technical Specialists and Area Technical Managers in problem resolution with customers machines.
- To prepare and deliver training as required to the network and customers.

Key Competences and Behaviours
- Self-motivation, proactive and have a solid practical understanding of technical diagnostics and problem solving.
- Enthusiasm with an inquisitive nature and willingness to take responsibility for own performance.
- Must be willing to work in a flexible, dynamic environment, often under time pressures.
- Proven hands-on practical skills with ability to work confidently in a workshop environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel within the UK & RoI and within the regions this team is responsible for, often for extended periods.
- College qualification in Engineering/Mechanisation or related discipline highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and able to learn various company systems.
- A full, clean driving licence.
- French language preferable.
