The UK team is growing, and engineering is at the heart of what they deliver.
The Role
You'll be the technical face of ScentAir across a defined patch covering east London, the east coast and up to Norwich. Day to day, you'll install, service, and maintain fragrance diffusion systems in some of the UK's most prestigious commercial locations - up to six site visits per day, managing your own schedule, and ensuring every system performs to the standard ScentAir's clients expect. You'll report into the engineering team and have strong back-office support behind you.

You'll
- Install and commission fragrance diffusion systems across high-end commercial sites
- Service, maintain, and repair systems on a structured planned schedule
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently and to a high standard
- Complete accurate service records and job documentation after every visit
- Manage your van stock and ensure you carry the right parts and equipment for each day
- Represent ScentAir professionally in luxury hospitality, retail, and corporate environments
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Proven experience in a field service, service engineering, or mobile technical role
- Practical mechanical or electrical aptitude - comfortable diagnosing and fixing faults independently
- Valid manual UK driving licence
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Clean DBS record

Useful, not essential:
- Background in HVAC, refrigeration, vending, or similar installed equipment
- Experience with service management software or handheld PDA systems
- Previous work in client-sensitive or high-end environments
