About the Company

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Field Team in relation to supplying equipment and tools as required.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering niche equipment
  • Oversee Uniform Distribution
  • Adding Technicians onto relevant systems e.g. (SAM/MOP/FUSE etc)
  • Oversee off-boarding procedures (Van, Systems, Kit build, restock)
  • Monitoring incoming emails specifically Stock and FS inboxes, as well as incoming phone calls
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Undertake RICO Dispatch and Order booking and all relevant administration
  • Carry out PAT Testing
  • Undertake DSLAM Keys, Water Keys and Calibration Management
  • Undertake Ringo Administration
  • Undertake Ladder Inspections and Hire Requests
  • Post Room duties
  • Recording Lost Days
  • Creating and Modifying SAM Orders
  • Dealing with BASOL Enquiries
  • Process OBASS Access Requests
  • Entering Stock orders into SAM

What you'll need

  • Proven IT Skills in Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple IT Systems
  • Well organised and ability to meet deadlines and agreed SLA's
  • Proven communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Customer focused; can identify & respond to customer's needs
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to grasp problems quickly & draw informed conclusions, escalating where appropriate.
  • Willing to take ownership for issue resolution.
  • Flexible, willing & able to cope with change in a pressurised environment
  • Can manage own time to meet daily requirements
  • Presentation skills

In addition, the following are also required in order to progress to Analyst Level

  • Ability to analyse, understand and interpret large amounts of data
  • Can present technical information to non-technical people
  • Can look at data to give figures and reasons for why something has happened.
