Field Service Engineer, Medical Diagnostics
Based in South West London or Surrey

Medical diagnostics experience is welcome but not needed.
Juol Partners is recruiting a Field Service Engineer for an established UK supplier of diagnostic instruments to hospital and public health laboratories. The company is part of a larger international healthcare group and its product range is growing.
This would suit an engineer who services complex electrical or electronic equipment in another industry and wants to move into medical diagnostics. Full product training is provided, in house and at manufacturer sites.

The role
- Breakdown repair, planned maintenance, installation and upgrades of laboratory diagnostic instruments at customer sites
- Telephone technical support and troubleshooting
- Managing your own car stock of spare parts and your service records
- Covering customers across London and the South, from Surrey and Hampshire down to the coast
About you
- A strong electrical, electronic or electromechanical background, typically an HNC, NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship or armed forces trade training
- Field service, calibration, repair or test and commissioning experience, with fault finding on customer sites
- Comfortable working alone and dealing with customers under pressure
- Looking for a long term role with a company that will invest in training you
- Full UK driving licence and living in or around South West London, Guildford or Surrey
