About the Role - Field Service Engineer

Location: Field Based – North England & Scotland

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you a hands-on engineer with excellent customer service skills? We are looking for a motivated and reliable Service Engineer to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and customer training of our Automatic Dosing System (ADS) equipment across a range of customer sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Installation & maintenance of concentrate dispensers and ancillary dispensing equipment.
  • Service and maintain all ADS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs as required.
  • Train customers on the correct use and operation of dispensing systems and products.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Complete service reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicle stock, tools, equipment, and spare parts are maintained and replenished.
  • Manage workloads effectively and communicate updates as required.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with excellent customer service skills.

Ideally, you will have experience installing, servicing, and maintaining the following:

  • Ancillary dispensers

  • Concentrate dispensers

  • Drain dosing equipment

  • Laundry ADS equipment

  • Dishwashing ADS equipment

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
