Join the Cleenol Team as a Service Engineer
Are you a hands-on engineer with excellent customer service skills and experience installing and maintaining dosing systems? We are looking for a motivated and reliable Service Engineer to join our growing technical team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and customer training of our Automatic Dosing System (ADS) equipment across a range of customer sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance
- Install concentrate dispensers and ancillary dispensing equipment.
- Independently install and commission:
- Laundry ADS equipment
- Dishwashing ADS equipment
- Drain dosing ADS equipment
- Service and maintain all ADS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs as required.
- Train customers on the correct use and operation of dispensing systems and products.
Administration
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Complete service reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
- Ensure vehicle stock, tools, equipment and spare parts are maintained and replenished.
- Manage workloads effectively and communicate updates as required.
Health & Safety
- Adhere to company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Work safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Report all accidents, incidents and near misses promptly.
- Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with excellent customer service skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience installing, servicing and maintaining:
- Ancillary dispensers
- Concentrate dispensers
- Drain dosing equipment
- Laundry ADS equipment
- Dishwashing ADS equipment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.

Essential Qualifications
- COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) Certification.
Desirable Qualifications
- Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
