Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Services Engineer role based in the Hampshire, United Kingdom. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and repairing medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Day-to-day activities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical faults, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing timely technical support to clinical teams. The role involves documenting service activities, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards. The Field Services Engineer will also collaborate with customers to provide clear communication, deliver high-quality customer service, and support continuous improvement in equipment performance and uptime.

Qualifications
- Strong field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and servicing of medical or technical equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Hands-on technical support skills, with the ability to guide users and stakeholders through equipment operation and issue resolution.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a professional, patient-focused approach and clear communication abilities.
- Relevant technical qualification (e.g., degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline).
- Full UK driving licence
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK as we do not provide visa sponsorships for this role.
