Location: Regular (weekly) access to Derby required. Regular travel throughout UK/Europe. Company van provided.
Hours: Full-Time (will include weekend shifts on a rota basis)
Salary: £40-45k per annum
About the Company
Pomvom is a global digital platform and technology company transforming the way memories are captured and shared across the leisure and entertainment industry. We operate at leading theme parks, water parks, attractions, and tourist destinations throughout Europe and around the world, and deliver innovative media-documentation and content services that elevate the guest experience. Our core platform automatically captures, identifies, processes, and distributes photos and videos — turning ride- and attraction-based moments into seamless, shareable, cloud-based content. We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our retail management team and help us continue shaping the future of digital image capture.
About the Role
Pomvom is seeking a motivated and hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and daily operation of our ride photography systems. In this role, you will help ensure that guests enjoy high-quality, reliable photo experiences across a range of attractions in UK and Europe.
We’re looking for someone proactive to provide high-quality second- and third-line diagnosis, repair and maintenance across PC hardware, printers, Point of Sale equipment and infrastructure. You’ll play an important role in maximising system availability and uptime, responding to customer needs within agreed service levels, and making sure issues are resolved professionally and efficiently. You’ll also help identify potential risks before they impact system functionality or revenue generation.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
