Based in rural Buckinghamshire, we serve customers across the UK and Ireland, offering maintenance, repair, and UKAS ISO 17025:2017 accredited calibration services on a wide range of lab equipment, including incubators, centrifuges and thermal cyclers.

The Role
We’re hiring a Field Services Engineer to work primarily on-site at customer locations. This is a hands-on, mobile role — you'll be out in the field most days, representing our company and working independently to deliver high standards of service.

We’re looking for someone experienced and dependable who takes pride in their work and is happy to build a long-term future with us.
What You’ll Do
- Service, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment at customer sites across the UK and Ireland
- Troubleshoot and repair faults with a focus on first-time fix
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- Deliver clear, professional communication with customers
- Keep accurate service records and calibration reports
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in field service or lab equipment servicing
- Strong fault-finding, repair, and calibration skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Someone who takes initiative and wants to be part of a small, trusted team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence
- Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND, NVQ, or similar)
