Role Description
This is a full-time, Field Services Engineer role based in Poland. The Field Services Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment and systems that use METALUBE Group’s industrial lubricants, primarily at customer facilities. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing hands-on technical support to ensure equipment reliability and optimal product performance. The role involves close collaboration with customers to understand operating conditions, deliver clear technical guidance, and support safe and efficient use of METALUBE products. The Field Services Engineer will also document service activities, prepare reports, provide feedback to internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong field service capabilities, including experience with on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support, with the ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve mechanical or process-related issues.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance, inspection, and routine servicing to enhance equipment uptime and reliability.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant technical background, such as a qualification in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Comfort working in industrial environments and adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites within the region and occasionally further afield.
- Previous experience in lubricants, manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar industrial sector is an advantage.
