Field Service Engineers

We are currently recruiting for Field Service Engineers for multiple positions across the UK. Especially in the Midlands and South of England.

Responsibilities

  • On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Customer Training: Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaboration: Share field insights with internal teams to drive product innovation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and timely reports.

Experience

  • Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Background in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or industrial environments.
  • License: A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
  • Previous field service experience is advantageous.

Salary

£38,000 - £41,000 depending on experience, full training, excellent benefits including a generous on call allowance after training and a company car/van
